Bart Peaslee has been living in the Vail Valley since 1990 when he came to Colorado from the California Bay Area where he was a mortgage lender. He came here as a investor at the time the S&L lenders had to dump property and he was more than happy help them out.

He then began re-modeling properties and doing some development on projects that he bought. After commuting between his home in Denver and his home in Vail Valley for a very short time the second home in Vail became his main home.

Eventually he moved into Real Estate sales at the highend of the market in the Valley. When he came to Keller Williams he was asked to be on the Luxury Council to establish a Luxury Division across the country.

He spends is off moments catching first runs on powder days and hiking around the area. He definitely is a testament to the old adage here "came for the snow and stayed because of the summers".

Bart started his career in Hawaii as a realtor and having done this for over 30 years in different parts of the country and through several ups and downs he has a great perspective on the market.
