Bev Trout has been in Eagle County since 1972 and became a Real Estate Broker in 1982. She is the Past Chair of the Vail Board of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors since 2003. Bev graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University. Prior to her real estate career, she was an architectural draftsman for Trout Architects and ran a Desktop Publishing firm. She was the Managing Broker for Vail-Lionshead Real Estate and went on to establish her own firm, Vail Lionshead Realty, on Bridge Street in Vail Village. Upon the merger of her firm with Black Bear Real Estate, she became one of the Owners of Keller Williams Mountain Properties with three offices in Vail Village, Frisco, and Eagle, Colorado.
